Katrina Mathers is an Australian-based director, writer, producer and actor. Katrina began her career working at the ABC in the comedy and entertainment departments, producing the highly acclaimed Teenage Portraits, which went on to win awards at Uppsala, Melbourne, St Kilda and Sydney international film festivals. Since then, she has written, produced and directed a range off short films, including The Referees and Crazy Richard, and produced the multi-award winning short animations Nullarbor and The Gallant Captain with renowned Australian children's author Graeme Base. Katrina has also appeared in many television series guest roles over the years, including The Wedge, and acted in a lot of short films and independent feature films, including Economy Class and Move! Where Are You Going.
