Blue, The Builder's Dog

Meet Blue, the Builder's Dog. On the construction site, he's part of the team. He guards the tools, signs the concrete slabs and keeps stickybeaks away.

But Blue doesn't have a house of his own. The builder has one. The chippie has one. The architect and the big bosses have one. So he decides to quit and build one himself...

Blue, The Builder's Dog is a funny, sweet picture book about finding your place in the world and being part of a team, written by fabulous author Jen Storer.

Children and adults alike will love Blue's adorable and determined personality as he goes about his daily life as a working dog. Combined with Andrew Joyner's busy and humorous illustrations, and read by favourite comedian Dave O'Neil, this is a truly heartfelt story with a delightful ending.

Supporting subscribing educators with engaging hands-on lessons, Story Box Library (SBL) has introduced Units of Work which are comprehensive, thematic and linked to Australian curriculum learning outcomes, encouraging hands-on learning opportunities and collaboration between students.
