Our Viewer login works on one type of device (eg computers) but not others (eg iPads) - why doesn't it work everywhere?

The most likely culprit is the presence of an apostrophe in either the viewer username or password. There are two different kinds of apostrophes (' vs ’), and different keyboards/devices default to one or the other. The system looks for an exact match so if you happen to type the kind that isn't in your login details, it won't work.

We recommend your account holder logs into their account settings with their email address and account holder password (different to the viewer login details) to check the viewer login details and remove any apostrophes.
