Can we control whether Viewers can edit playlists?

Account Holders for school subscriptions are able to 'lock' playlists so that they cannot be created, edited or removed by Viewers. To edit this option:

  1. Log in to your school's account settings.
  2. Scroll down to the 'Viewers can control playlists' option.
  3. Choose 'Yes' or 'No'. If it says 'Yes', anyone logged in as a viewer will be able to create, edit and delete playlists. If it says 'No' only the Account Holder will be able to create, edit and delete playlists. (Both Viewers and the Account Holder will be able to watch playlists with either setting.)
  4. When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button to save your preference.

Note:

If you have 'Viewers can control playlists' set to 'No', it will mean that the Account Holder can only edit playlists when logged in with the AH username and password on the website - no playlist editing will be available in our app regardless of whether you are logged in as the Account Holder or a Viewer. However, any playlists created/edited on the website are synced to the app.
